Actually talked to them about it yesterday. Apparently, because this is a "Direct Exclusive" model, they are having... issues.... in replacing lost parts. You are not alone; apparantly there were about a dozen of us who called in missing pieces, and none of us have had replacements as of yet. I'll keep hounding them.
