    Vargkrigare:

I'll play. Was still working out what I wanted for my own Story Based Campaign but I can put that on hold for now.

Can we make it Saturdays for the special events seeing as I currently work till 11pm on Fridays?

We may perhaps be able to swtich some of them to Saturdays; however Fridays still seem the most popular option for WHFB, as we're here all night...

Re: Story-based Warhammer Fantasy Campaign to begin soon

    fridays are best for me.

The main determinate in my particicpation is how much diffrent the 3 lists have to be from each other. I have nowear near 6000pts of daemons. On the other hand changing too little bettween lists makes no sense either..

Re: Story-based Warhammer Fantasy Campaign to begin soon

I doubt many of us at all have 6,000 pts worth of any single army =).  I imagine the lists will revolve around the different homemade special characters?  We'll just have to wait for the official rules!

Unless you've been selling off models you should have enough for three different archetypes.  The dog rush, the GD with support, and the infantry blocks with heralds.

Affekonig is correct; you will never field more than 2000pts at a time; you are simply required to have three "lists", and each list will earn it's own glories and defeats upon the field of battle. If you choose to fight your battles with List "A", for example, then only List "A" will gain experience for your heroes, and only they will advance. Should they all perish, you will be reduced to newbs and the existing heroes from lists B & C... the choice is yours.

Re: Story-based Warhammer Fantasy Campaign to begin soon

So does that mean the current campaign is over?  Who are the winners?

We can't really declare any winners, as so many battles haven't been fought.

    BTW, your skull-base is in.

I was there today for a couple of hours. You were not so I guess you missed your chanse heh heh.
why was I at red claw when it was closed you may ask? Well let me tell you.
I was messing with my bike that wouldn't start for a couple hours last night until I took the bus home, then I came back today with my truck and trailer and discovered that my ramp is too short so the bike bottoms out when the front tire comes off the ramp and then it gets stuck. So I had fun. Oh yeah. Fun. That's what it it was. Fun alright.
I liked it so much I'm doing it again tomorrow.

Wow. Just wow. You need to write country and western themed songs, sung in a twangy voice, with a rap / R & B bass line and drum track, and metal guitar licks throughout. And make them about super relevant topics, like how no one throws a party like my Nana's tea party. I smell money here. Or something, I definately smell something...

And quit eating dairy products damn it, you are allergic, and they make you tell strange stories!

Meanwhile, back on topic, I think that the Rats won. They were the last ones to take out a capital... Big Smile [:D]

lol you only got to take out a capital last because the knights were to busy mounting their horses to stop you.
