No. They have delayed the shipment because not all of them were ready. I'm actually arguing with them right now over the Immobolis army boxes; they're saying that because Cadwallion wasn't "an army" last edition they aren't planning on creating an Immobilis Army pack... which irks me slightly. Regarldess, the Wolfen were ready but some of the others were not (Lion, for example) so they held off shipping them all together.
