What exactly is missing? I haven't opened up the box, so I am unfamiliar with the parts... is the Goblin's head seperate from his body? Is this the only piece that is missing?

Yup, just his head is missing.

Have the log for the base, 8 legs, spider body, goblin body w/ all arms and weapons, little platform for him to stand on and the big banner thing.

Looks like it's supposed to be on the same sprue as his body, there's another little nub on there that something could have broken off of.

Matt, I've contacted DS re: your missing head. It'll arrive with my next order. Your Orc Chariots have arrived as well.
