The Siege of Jalanthar

We come now to the Savage Frontier, a harsh and untamed wilderness dotted with fortified settlements and the lairs of terrible monsters. In hundreds of bloodcurdling tales of danger and hardship, the North is a vast, cold, and lawless domain that defies all attempts to civilize it. Grim dwarf-holds, clans of fierce nomads, and elf realms might stand for a short time, but none are destined to last. An orc horde or a flight of dragons could sweep them all away tomorrow, leaving nothing but mile upon unmapped mile of wilderness.

The community of Jalanthar has been besieged by a host of goblinoid forces for three months. An uphill battle awaits you as they are rampaging down from the Nether Mountains. Will Jalanthar be erased from the map like so many other lost settlements or do you and your party have what it takes to break this siege?

CHARACTER CREATION

Players will create a Level 5 character.
Players MUST use Standard Array or Point Buy and take average hit points.

Players can select two uncommon magic items.
