Overview
The Narrative Tournament is aimed towards casual, narrative gameplay. There will be 12 spots available for this 3-game, 1-day, event. The scenario for each round will be listed below, and each player will receive a secret secondary card before each round that is tied to the narrative.

List Building
Armies will be built to a limit of 2000 points.
Players must build a legal army according to the rules of the Conquest the Last Argument of Kings Rulebook and Tournament Scenario Pack. https://www.para-bellum.com/rules-and-faq/
Army lists need not be submitted ahead of time, but must be shown to any tournament organizer, or opponent on request.

Round 1 will be DECLINED FLANK
Round 2 will be OFF-BALANCE
Round 3 will be BULWARK
At the start of each round, each player will receive a secret secondary objective which will earn that player “Aghm” upon completion. 1 Aghm gives 1 vote for the narrative occurring between rounds. Victory points are separate from Aghm, and will be used to determine appropriate pairings, and Best General.
Refreshments
Snacks and drinks available to purchase at store.
There are several restaurants within walking distance of the store (A&W, McDonalds, Little Caesars, Tim Hortons, etc.)
Best Presentation and Favourite Opponent will each receive a $25 gift card. Along with Best General, the above will receive one choice of something from the Organized Play Kit. Everything else from the Organized Play Kit will be given away by random draw.
Best Presentation
Any players that wish to have their army paint job judged should leave them set up on a table during lunch. We will judge based on a rubric similar to that of our painting contests.
Favorite Opponent: The Player with the most favorite opponent votes
After the 3rd round, players will nominate one of their opponents as their favorite opponent of the event.
There will also be store participation codes available for anyone who wants one.
